Long (Hiα»p TrαΊ§n NghΔ©a), the Vietnamese driver in Southern California, answers a late-night call for a ride. Now in his pajamas, he reluctantly accepts, picking up a man, Tai (Dustin Nguyen), and his two companions. But the men, recently escaped inmates from the Orange County Jail, take Long hostage at gunpoint, drawing him into their escape plan. When complications arise, the fugitives and their hostages hide out in a motel and a tense waiting game unfolds.
