Story
After an embarrassing incident at their elite college, half-siblings Caroline and Lucien set out to preserve their power and reputation by seducing the daughter of the vice president of the American world in Scratched Names (1999). The direct-to-video sequel Scratched Names 2 (2000), which replaced Sarah Michelle Gellar as Kathryn Merteuil, was originally a scripted television series and then made into a feature film.

In fact, he’s insufferable
No 20-year-old would find him attractive or irresistible in any way. The girl playing the vice president’s daughter is not very convincing. Terrible acting. Terrible writing. Terrible casting.
Maybe then it would have appealed to a younger audience and not compared to the movie
I don’t think they should have called it “Cruel Intentions” or used the names of the movie characters. None of these actors can hold a candle to Sarah Michelle Geller, Ryan Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon, or Selma Blair.
